She has saved me from despair on more than one occasion. The first time, I think, was when I needed to switch the licensing over on an Xpress Pro system I bought from a finance company in Canada (didn't actually know the whole rig was repossessed until I received it). Everything about the purchase was according to Hoyle, but there was no way to track down the original owners to help in the process. Shame too; they had a ton of work on the drives and, having tried several times to find them, I had to wipe it all.
She's helped several times since and I'm just a one man band as well.
