We ran into this during testing with dual monitor configuration. They are "there" they're just off screen.
1 - Put the main control bar on the left monitor. That top menu with the Apple logo, File, Edit, etc....
2 - Follow the instructions already here about Window > Home
3 - When you get the Composer back on screen SAVE that window layout.
