[Avid-L2] Re: Initializing Search standoff in MC 5.5.3

Yes, I was surprised too. Also found out why it was stalling. The system
had Pinnacle Studio installed and the Pixie folder had literally hundreds
of part license files in there. Once they were deleted, things were fine.
