Marianna,
A huge part of Timeline 2 is about Data Translation and Media 100. John Molinari
comes off as a very interesting figure in the evolution of NLE.
I was thinking of you when I read it. It really was a fascinating time.

John,
Not being much of an audio book listener and I have never read an iBook until " timeline". You are my first ibook :)
I finished the first one - awesome job! The end touched on DT and boy did I have memory flashbacks. Standing on my chair in support ( suport of 1) yelling to Marshall, Ned as we called him and Boris over the cube walls. 30 fps was soooooooooooo long ago and there were only 3 effects.
Hubby is away so I plan to start on book 2 tonight with one eye on the world series.
The M100 saga continues....

It includes the detailed evolution of Avid from Bill's kitchen table to industry powerhouse, as well as Avid's competitors and predecessors. I hope you get a chance to read it and give me feedback.
