Go to FCP 7, Color, Soundtrack Pro, OMF export (without levels as they don't come out of FCP X) and import to Premiere Pro CS 5.5 (and thus to After Effects)

why didn't we do FCP 7 to FCP X? I've long believed - due to something said in an early briefing from Apple - that someone (perhaps even Apple) were working on just that, so we made the decision to find opportunities that are less likely to be impinged upon by larger companies.
