Here's a message from a client who shot some P2 stuff and transferred the files incorrectly. They want to deliver this footage to me. Any workarounds to recover the footage without the lasttext.txt file?
> When the files were transferred from the P2 card to the drive the p2 store manager we used didn't write the file LASTTEXT. TXT file. When we transfer directly from the camera it usually automatically writes this. Because this file is missing when you open the video files in final cut it doesn't recognize how many files are there and will only import a few of the files. We think it is a matter of a few lines of code to write and save the file.
