[Avid-L2] I think I found a bug ("slash" renders)

 

We were having a problem where the media databases would not update without an error and stuff was showing up off-line.

Took me roughly 90 minutes to figure out the problem: The culprit was that one of my sequences was called something like "Hotel Closing/Next Morning" and when I rendered an effect in that sequence the effect media file took the "/" character and made it part of the filename, which the file system does NOT like. This is in MC 5.0.3, not sure if it was fixed in later versions. Please fix it if not!
