RE: [Avid-L2] Toggle full screen MC NitrisDX?

Was trying to do this today in a 4.0.5 MC with DX Nitris attached and the option was gone. Sometimes you need to conserve desk space and a quick and dirty full screen preview is all you need. Needed this today and it wasn't there. Bummer.

In 5.5.3. Have they removed the option to toggle one of the DVI monitors to full screen when you have hardware attached? (And if so, why?)
