No such thing.
It could be an JPEG image sequence (original "Flash video")
It cold be Sorenson Sparke (a truly apalling codec based on a decade old-at-the-time teleconferencing codec)
It could be VP6
It could be (and should be) H.264 for modern video that does not need to carry an alpha channel.
