Re: [Avid-L2] Re: BCC complains trial period has expired.

 

I had this error message too.

It was a corrupt installation. I called their tech support - it took some deleting of special hidden files - but then it re-installed with no problems.

They explained that there is no 'trial' on their Avid bundled software - but their regular software uses the 'trial' type of install. Their theory was that somehow my install forgot which kind it was...

All I know is that uninstalling and re-installing fixed it.
(and I didn't have to uninstall Avid software)

I vote call Boris directly. (I called Avid first -and they sent me to Boris)
