A client is planning a doc shoot in Europe. They want to shoot 24p (23.98) and finish in NTSC. They are renting cams in Europe an wondering if PAL based cameras (EX-3 and perhaps another) can shoot 23.98 and if so, what other issues will there be with NTSC post both offline and online? Should they just try to get NTSC based cameras?
