Avid US will be closed on Monday September 5, 2011 to observe Labor Day. A valid 24/7 support contract is required during this time period for support. Avid US will reopen on Tuesday September 6, 2011.
I expect to be around the long weekend (Saturday thru Monday ) monitoring the Community forums so post over there or email me if you need anything.
