[Avid-L2] AVCHD workflow

 

What is the best workflow for getting AVCHD media from the Steam folder into MC? AMA does not work so you can import direct but is it better to convert to DNX in Encoder or Voltaic or something and then import? Even Compressor?

I get a lot of this stuff and import is a chug.
