Can't find anything on variable shutter angle on the FS-100, although the Panasonic AF-100 appears to allow this. However, came across this - http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?70217-Shooting-with-NTSC-in-PAL-country-Flicker-Issues if true, I might be able to adjust the shutter speed alone to 1/50th and not have issues?
