OK, that's a pretty interesting answer. "Computer Sleep" was set to "Never", but I noticed that the "Put hard disk(s) to sleep when possible" box was checked, which I assumed would have no effect if that computer didn't sleep. However, I've now unchecked it, so we'll see if that helps. Thank you!
