This seems tied into this previous thread. I'm on SNDX 4.0.5. Most of the show is CG progressive so we are working 1080 29.97P. I have some .mov files in the project and they have motion adapters and in the timeline it has (29.97fps) after the clip name. If I promote the motion adapter it is source=progressive, output=interlace. I'll be researching on my end but could this be because the .mov was imported when the project had been toggled to 1080I 59,94? Or is this a byproduct of offlining in an SD project so the batch import thinks the clip needs to be interlace? Curious but once I promote the motion adapter I can remove the effect. I seem to recall someone mentioning a way to refresh motion adapters to eliminate unnecessary ones. There are other similar .mov files that don't have the motion adapters so something was different on a few clips. Some days I just want to edit 3/4 to 1 inch.
