I'm an editor here in Brazil, Sao Paulo.

Actually we use *NTSC* for video now, PAL-M was left behind years ago. With
such little information its hard to know what's happening, but if the
problem is only the audio one solution I can think right now would be you
send an audio file (aiff, wav, mp3) via e-mail, ftp, etc.
