I'll often add multiple Audiosuite fx to a music track or part of a music track. Pre v5 you could only use one at a time so you had to mix down each time you wanted to add another. Even with the RTAS inserts, some effects are not there so you have to use the Audiosuite fx and mixdown to add multiple fx.
