[Avid-L2] PBS TOS 2010 (out of date?)

 

Hey Tim, I see you uploaded the "PBS TOS 2010" pdf, but that looks like an older version. Currently PBS has another version online:

I haven't exhaustively compared the two versions, but the most obvious change is that the currently posted TOS no longer requires 5.1 audio.

[Rant commences here: Why doesn't PBS time-stamp these crucial documents, and publish a revision history, so we can see what has changed since the last version? It's a PITA to read two versions with the same putative filename, and try to divine the differences.]
