Hi Ken,

have you checked the Render settings? I've seen the setting specified
there override the settings specified in the sequence (though this was
with timelines inherited from other editors where it replaced their
default interpolation method -- so it'll probabably not apply to your
problem, but it's an easy thing to check :)
