[Avid-L2] Mac Update Install Notes

 

Oh god, back into Avid blurry speak. Anybody know whether I have to uninstall the entire boxed program I just crossgraded to, in order to upload the specific Mac update patch the install instructions say doesn't exist? Seriously, read this mush...

Installation Note
On a Windows® system, if you have already installed a patch on your system, you must first uninstall the previous patch before installing a new patch. This does not apply to the editor on Macintosh systems. The Macintosh® version is a full installation, not just a patch. You must completely uninstall the Macintosh version.
