RE: [Avid-L2] OT One for UK fans of the Harding FPA

I'm astonished that the music video for Kanye West's new tune "All of the Lights" made it on air over here, if we'd played that through our harding the report would have been 10,000 pages long, it seems like it was designed to fail on every single criterior the Harding looks for! I've seen it on air though and not even a warning about flashing imagery before it's played. Kind of makes a mockery of the whole system, if that can go on air, why on earth does the BBC reject a few tiny luma flashes? Dr Harding must be laughing his ass off!
