You can pretty much use any PCI-e slot available. Just check your card and
see if it requires specific PCIe speed (x4, x8, etc)
The beauty of PCI-e is that is it dedicated bus lanes technology unlike old
PCI.
3, 4, 5 and 7 should all work.
