I only use 3 tools to convert media TMPG, AME and AEX. Of those 3, my
favorite these days is ame although tmpg is a very close second. Aex is
good, but unless you are going to do some compositing while you are in
aex, you may as well just make a quicktime with ame. you can either
link to it with ama or import it to give it an mxf wrapper...your choice.
