I was working on a doc last week and decided that to make life easy for the Assistant Editor that I would set the unit for MXF. Little did I realize the NanoFlash will create new clips once it reaches it's size limit. This is not so bad if you are starting or stopping but when you've shot a 2 hour interview it becomes a big issue. The Nano will stop in the middle of words and then create a new clip. The good news is that there is no information missing but it's a pain to have all those clips that way. Is there anyway to merge these clips externally without having to put them in a sequence and doing a mixdown to make one clip?
