[Avid-L2] maintain 10 bit color from QT

 

I am editing a spot that was shot on an Alexa.  All footage was transcoded into avid as dnx 1080 8 bit.

we are going to a facility to color correct and they want a qt of the spot in 10bit color.  I can batch import the files for the sequence as 1:1, but will this give me 10 bit color? if not how can I do this?
