[Avid-L2] Re: Deck Control through Com port not working on Win 7 PC

OK. I have now discovered that it is not the Com Port. It works fine with a DSR45P DVCam machine. but it stubbornly refuses to see the DVW M2000P Digibeta machine that I am trying to control.

Anyone have any experience with this machine? Is there some hidden menu I am missing?

The Com Port shows up as working in Device Manager with a Microsoft driver, I can select the Com Port 1 in the Deck Config, but when I go to auto configure or manually configure a deck Avid doesn't see any decks.
