Well, i have some very bad experiences with grass...
But seriously, transcode to DNxHD and run a few tests to see if you can spot
the difference.
If you can, stack two clips in an NLE that can do a difference matting, see
if you can see anything happen.
(if it's solid black, it's the same)

A consolidate / transcode should take less than an hour, and you'll be done
with it.

Just figured out why my avid is crashing on this show; it's about Nederwiet
( grass)! My Avid is getting HIGH!
Anybody out there with a de-grass filter?
