Re: [Avid-L2] Avid-FCP-Premiere setup-Advice?

Speaking from the practical, hands on dealing w/ updates... I vote you keep separate boot drives between Avid and FCP.
When one wants an OS update, the other often doesn't.

The rest of these suggestions are pretty interesting!
And I especially agree about the RAM. I get complaints about 'only' having 12GB!
(it is very noticeable when running Avid and Photoshop or After Effects at the same time... plus, as you know, you HAVE to run Mail, AIM, and a web browser all at the same time too, in order to edit properly ;) )
