[Avid-L2] Video and Audio out of synch on MCS 5.0

Though we purchased it a few months ago, have just upgraded one machine
to MCS 5.0 -- yeah, yeah, I realize all the cool kids are on 5.5 now!

I have a project that is a mix of SD dvcpro, AVC-Intra and DVCProHD, all
the same frame rate of 29.97/59.94. The audio and video of the HD
clips only is out of synch by a good half second or so. The SD DVCPro
clips in the timeline play fine. Consolidating the HD to DNX145 does not
help.

Next big mystery is that if I move the project to an older 3.5 install,
all is well. Move it back to the 5.0 install, and the HD is out of synch
again. Have compared all settings that seem related to me... can't find
the problem.

Any ideas? Anyone else see this? We're running all Mac. Trying to figure
this out while the other guys keep working on cleaning up earthquake mess!
