Thank you for your comments. I had been "burning" to a folder but had not
tried creating a disc image or burning directly to disc. What I ended up
doing was compressing video in Squeeze and importing mp2 files to Avid DVD.
That worked and allowed me to create a high quality main movie with more
highly compressed secondary movies though the last and least important video
was badly pixilated in places (I do not have any additional room on the DVD
disc to compress less and it is not critical for that secondary video; the
Blu-ray version is great using 23 of the available 25GB). David.
