[Avid-L2] HW F500 AJA Io Express and 5.5 issues

 

Hi all,

My client is still having issues trying to load HDCAM 23.98 into MC 5.5 using the Io box. They originally had a bad deck the J3 was spitting out tapes. They've since switched to an HDW F500 and their issue now is it will load for about 10 min and then crap out the system. Deck is set at 23.98pfs

They are loading DNxHD 117,  23.98 project.  Checked Deck settings and deck is set for 24p.
They get error Message:
The current tape selection cannot be used.
The NTSC machine "Sony HDW-F500" cannot be used for 24fps I/O.
Please manually configure the deck wth the "Adjust Deck" menu option or with the "Deck Configuration Settings:"
