If you have the console open while you auto configure it will show the
machine ID that the deck returned.
Find the machine template in the Avid supporting files folder that is the
closest match to what you manually set up.
Duplicate the template. Rename the copy, change the ID code in the file
(it's just a txt file) tweak any other setting that aren't right.
Re-start MC and you have a new machine template that should match the deck.
