My client brought over an easyraid SCSI SA-4540S (might also be called an ERQ12+U4R2) from Germany with all the gfx and opens and roll-ins for live World Cup broadcasts. It has been anything but easy. We are running Windows7, ATTO Express PCI UL5D SCSI card MC 5, also have MC 4.0.5. It seems that the card does not see the raid. If I hook it up with gigibit I can ping it but the raid sends an Active X back that Windows 7 will not let in. All the copies of windows XP I tried to load seem to be missing files for startup. We are on location in far Northern Maine (Fort Kent) and a new out of the box copy of XP Pro is hard enough to find in a bigger market let alone up here. Any Ideas on how to get this to work? Oh, btw, the client has no back ups of any of the material; they only have what is on the raid. Thanks for you ideas and suggestions.
