with the U1 you can have two modes, normal and FAM
In case of the latter, the driver displays the content different, as if the
MXF files were not multiplexed.
This is a GOOD thing if you need it!
(some of my tools make use of it, you can get a speedy extraction of sound
only, the drive will wade you trough the multiplexed files)

This is not a driver problem, it is just a user config that is set.
choose the 'hide ProAV' option and you are back to normal.

No idea how Avid handles it, but the data is all there, and 'should' be
salvegable.
From memory, there are 4 directories with MXF
one Original
one Proxy
one Video only
one Audio only

So go to import, find the correct folder, highligh alll MXF and import.
Should work...
