Re: [Avid-L2] Deleting Unneeded Audio Tracks From XDCam HD Footage

Correct - sort of. You still can only delete media associated with the tracks. The trick we used to show on the Avid 201 was to delete unwanted media from tracks of choice using the Media Tool, then unlink the clip, use the Modify command to remove unwanted tracks from the clip then relink. This was frowned upon at one point but it then became incorporated into the 201 course. Haven't tried it recently.
