[Avid-L2] Transcoded AMA RED clip shows slight lightening, odd RGB histogram

Wondering if other people are seeing this.

RED clip brought in via AMA.
RED source settings are: camera metadata, redcolor/redgamma.

Transcoded to 1:1 10-bit RGB (4:4:4) with full debayer settings in Avid.

When AMA clip and transcode are compared, the transcode shows a very
slight lightening.
Y-waveform in CC mode confirms a slight lift.
RGB histogram in CC mode shows a slight rightward shift.

An interesting difference in the RGB histogram -- with the AMA RED clip
it is a smooth curve, but with the transcoded clip it shows a comb-like
appearance. As a further test, if the RED clip is transcoded to 1:1
10-bit YUV (4:2:2), the RGB histogram still shifts right, but is smooth
again -- no comb-like artifacting.

Avid project is 1080p, RGB-colour-space
Avid 5.0.3.5 software only.
