When i need to add up the amount of footage I've digitised for a project, i use the media tool and ctrl+i to show me the total duration. Works fine most of the time, however... When the amount of footage is large (i think i remember someone saying 24 hours worth?) the tool falls over and begins with a lower number again - so for example 26 hours of footage becomes 2 hours of footage - 26-24=2. Is this something that i just need to deal with by selecting smaller chunks of clips and manually adding them together or is there a more elegant solution within avid that i'm missing? Not a massive problem obviously but it's little things like this that make it all a bit quicker at the end of a long night ingesting when i want to go home!
