Ken,

If you're going to Win7 then why not take the opportunity to replace the
drive with a nice new shiny (BIG) one? You can even keep the 64 bit drive
in there and Win7 will give you a boot manager on the new drive enabling you
to boot from the old drive if you need to for any reason.
