Hi John, try setting a very long pre-roll, 10 seconds-ish and see if that helps, we had similar problems and it seemed to smooth things out a bit. The menus on those decks are a minefield!

We are all mac with keyspan USA-XG for RS 422 control. I know the RoHs keyspans have been problematic for some with frame accuracy but in my current test my SNDX 4.0.5 with the same keyspan as the other systems is dead on 10 for 10 captures while the mojo sdi systems are only accurate 1 out of 10 times and I've tried on 2 different systems. I'm really becoming convinced the mojo sdi are the culprit perhaps due to the firewire bottleneck. Of course this is just from operational tests but I'm curious what others think. I've seen this kind of behavior with digibeta A-500s as well. The settings on the SRW-5500 are correct and if I had something set wrong it wouldn't capture correctly to my SNDX so WTF with Turkey day coming up I'd like to fix this turkey but don't know where I
