[Avid-L2] Lightworks "Open Source" NLE Beta now available

 

Not sure it's really open source in the commonly-used definitions of
the term. But still, an interesting project and approach. Requires
Windows XP, Vista, or 7. Linux and OSX planned for late 2011.

There's more to say, but for now, check out the site and get the free
beta:

And will someone please cut a 60min+ doc with this version of
Lightworks, and then let me know how it worked out?
