I have an old Mbox that isn't being used any more, and on one of my Macs I
would like to have a second audio output available on the Mac. Then I could
use Audio Hijack Pro to send some applications' audio through one output and
other apps' output to another.
I installed some standalone Mbox driver* and the Mbox appears in System
Preferences as an output device, however it doesn't seem to work, iTunes
won't play out it. Nor will other apps.
Is there a standalone driver for Mbox that works with 10.5.8 on a G5?
I *think* it is an original mbox, it is this one:
