Are they literally the same settings as you used in version 3 or did you
rebuild them? Using settings from version 3 under version 4 does cause
problems. The same goes for projects, since they have settings in
them. The exact details slip my mind, but there is definitely an audio
issue relating to settings from version 3.
Try creating a new user and project and doing a test. You should be
able to safely open the bin and play the sequence from inside your new
project if that works.
