When I go to Avid from FCP I miss the Motion Tab.
The Motion Tab certainly has limitations. The scaling is questionable and the key framing is primitive, however the availability of these functions on every browser or sequence clip is often a time saver.
When the scaling or key framing become a problem, I love to Motion or AE.
As mentioned previously, I also miss composite modes on sequence clips.
