I think he may mean a display that can turn overscanning off. Some TV's call it "1:1 Pixels", some call it "Just Scan" etc.

What do you mean by 1:1pixel display? Are there other resolutions for TV
monitors? On the website they say it's 1920x1080 full HD.
The MXO2 mini will just help me to monitor on TV the avchd edit.
