[Avid-L2] Re: ScriptSync & v5

Avid needs to get smaller, not more bulky.

The 'pay for need' idea is good, the price is a bit high. Seems if you need it, it pays for itself in a couple gigs. I think they can do that with the Symphony Color Corrector: make it a paid option if you really need to have it in Media Composer. One base software, add-on's to fit your workflow.

But it is interesting that the price of MC stayed the same, but the SS becomes $995 extra. They gotta make money somehow I guess....
