[Avid-L2] NO MOJO DX output -Solved- and a note to Avid

Once the Mojo is updated the entire system must be shut down including
the Mojo. OS upgrade vs clean install does not appear to be an issue in
this case. As I read the notes and install guides these issues relate to
the installation of the software. It would appear that once installed it
doesn't care how the OS version came to be.

Note to Avid: it would be helpful if these documents more clearly stated
what is required, especially for a new major release. For instance -
the install guide goes into some detail about how to uninstall previous
versions. Why would you need to do this is clean install of the OS is
required first? And I think there is a difference between a "clean
Macintosh with Mac OS® X Leopard or Snow Leopard" and a "clean install"
of the OS itself. And which is it anyway? Leopard or Snow Leopard? Most
of the other docs specify 10.6.3 only. Why not this one?
