[Avid-L2] Mojo SDI capture frame off 1 frame early from SRW-5500 correct on NitrisDX?

SRW-5500 source HDCam 59.94I.  Taking the down convert SDI Super  output into a 30I project with the Sony Characters at the bottom of the frame to insure accuracy to the field I find capturing into a Mac SNDX 3.5.3 is frame accurate.  When I use the same deck into 3 different Mac Mojo SDI MC soft 2) 3.1.3 and 1) 3.5.4 all the captures the burn in is 1 frame later than the time code of the clip in Avid WTF?  All the systems have the same Keyspan USA-28XGs.  I remember previous threads complaining about frame accuracy with the newer ROHS compliant keyspans but I'm confused why it is dead on in my Mac SNDX but consistently 1 frame late in mojo SDI systems.  I tried the A-10 time code sense set to line and FC just to be safe but both yield the same error on mojos.  In reality at 29.97/59.94I there is no delay on the SD down convert according to the Sony Manual so it makes sense to me the A-10 setting would have no effect in this case.  I'm wondering
what difference the NitrisDX hardware makes here.  Is there some sort of window of tolerance difference between mojos and DX hardware.  Very odd.  I tried one of the the mojo systems with 3.1.3 with a digibeta deck a-500 and a  totally different source of an edited master digibeta tape and found 4 out of 10 captures off one time and 6 out of 10 captures off the second time.  Everything deck and mojo has house black from a Gen 10.  I have to wait to check the digibeta accuracy on the SNDX system.  I'm guessing the keyspan is the culprit but why did I have success every time with the SNDX using the same model keyspan?  Ugh time for the dog park.
