We are a leading provider of video editing and visual effects hardware and software.

We need a highly qualified technician for building, installing and supporting BOTH MAC OS X and WINDOWS hardware and software issues for post-production professionals.

Main requirements include:

Install and maintain Mac/Windows systems. MUST have familiarity with configuration, installation and troubleshooting of video editing solutions (Final Cut Pro, Avid, Media 100, etc.) and graphics systems (After Effects, Maya, etc.)

MUST have familiarity with Mac and Windows networking, including SAN (Xsan, SanMP, etc.) and NAS environments

MUST have good understanding of film/video technologies, online/offline procedures, broadcast media, compression, codecs, etc.

Pre-sales consulting with clients

Troubleshoot (on-site/off-site) software/hardware issues for clients and internal users.

Configure computers, email accounts and network access for internal users.


The successful candidate must also have outstanding customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and be able to provide end user support on a wide variety of applications. Strong product knowledge is also required, certifications preferred. The successful candidate must be a professional self-starter who is able to think creatively and provide effective solutions to our clients.
