[Avid-L2] FR Default Monitor Track for Digital Cut

Seeing a lot of suggestions for FRs.  Here's mine, I want to be able to select a dedicated video monitor track for digital cut.  This way no matter what I'm doing while outputting when I return to the digital cut Avid will move the monitoring back to this track.  I quite often forget to check after stepping into some effect and without noticing the monitor track has changed to a lower track.  I pick up the digital cut and wonder why I'm missing lower 3rds or whatever until I check the monitor.
